Join us for an evening under the sun and mark the longest day of light at Silver Spring Farm with a Sun Tea workshop and Yoga gathering. Together we will engage with seasonal herbs and farmer Karey will lead us through an education of their energies, qualities and uses to infuse individual customized Sun Tea batches. 

After the Tea workshop we will move to the lawn for yoga as the sun dips down over the valley. Lauren will guide you through breath and movement to honor the journey from Spring to Summer, acknowledge what has been shed and the new growth we are nurturing. Class will conclude with a guided meditation, and a Sun Tea toast.
